This is a photo I took recently. Shot on Kodak Vision 3 250D we rolled ourselves on my Nikon FM2T. Always finding myself lured into reflections. I’ve really enjoyed the range this film stock provides. The blues and greens are way more pronounced and I can’t wait to see it underwater! Stay tuned!
Got to go to the St. Louis botanical gardens recently, and it was incredible! So may iris varieties I’ve never seen before. One was called a “Texas Two Step”, and it was really pretty. Stood out amongst the others for sure. Shot this whole trip on my new Nikonos. Definitely feel like it’s teaching me in reverse. Never had a range finder before, but I am enjoying the challenge more and more!
Been wanting to go to Honey Creek Nature Preserve for a while now. Got to go the day before the eclipse and it was incredible! It was overcast, but perfect temp. The tour guides were great. Got to learn a lot about the geology of Texas and why the aquifers are located where they are in the state. Learned some new vocabulary words and got my mind blown when we got to the actual creek. Insane! The water was so blue!! This photo was taken on my Nikon FM2T with a Nikkor 28mm f2 lens.
Went primitive camping with some real ones at Lake Sommerville state park recently! Nothing quite like cooking breakfast in the rain! Definitely put a few miles on the old stems that weekend!
